- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for eligible items, see non-returnable items below.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

- Firearms (new or used) once transferred to the customer
- Ammunition
- Suppressors, NFA items, or other regulated products
- Custom-engraved or modified items
- Gift cards and clearance items

We will accept returns on: - Apparel, accessories, and non-regulated merchandise in original condition
- Defective products or items damaged during shipping (we’ll cover shipping costs in these cases)
- Incorrect items shipped in error
