Refunds and Returns Policy

At Yee-Haw Gun Company, your satisfaction is important to us. While we aim to provide the highest quality firearm services and products, certain restrictions apply by law and for safety reasons. Please review our return policy below before making a purchase.1. General Policy
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for eligible items, see non-returnable items below.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to federal and state firearm regulations and safety standards, the following cannot be returned:
  • Firearms (new or used) once transferred to the customer
  • Ammunition
  • Suppressors, NFA items, or other regulated products
  • Custom-engraved or modified items
  • Gift cards and clearance items
  • 3. Returnable Items
    We will accept returns on:
  • Apparel, accessories, and non-regulated merchandise in original condition
  • Defective products or items damaged during shipping (we’ll cover shipping costs in these cases)
  • Incorrect items shipped in error
4. Services
Service fees (such as barrel threading, NFA engraving, or gunsmithing work) are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before work starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund.5. Process for Returns
